Villagers Carry Giant Balloons of Stolen Natural Gas.

Remember the good ol' days when villagers use to carry ceramic pots of water from the river and back to their dwellings on their heads...?

In the same spirit, villagers in the Shandong Province of China are carrying giant plastic bags filled with 'stolen' natural gas from oil extraction facilities and back to their homes.
The people doing so are too poor to afford a hard connection of gas lines to their kitchens/homes for cooking and heating, so they risk trekking around with (literally) a giant bag of explosives on their backs

Is this a nationwide problem or only in more rural areas?

@NaturalGaSupplier - Thanks for your inquiry...
It's only been an issue in small poor villages within the Shandong Province of China where people are poor and have to find a way to survive...

As per my views, Giant balloons are light in weight and It can stay on place for a long time period.
