Bamboo Car Concept

Although just a concept the Phoenix Roadster by filipino industrial designer Kenneth Cobonpue and Albrecht Birkner may not have an engine (yet), but sports a body made of 100% bamboo and rattan. Check it out below: 

At 153 inches long, it is a small and elegant solution to a big and ugly problem: the waste created by old cars that outlive their purpose. “This project attempts to unveil the future of green vehicles using woven skins from organic fibers mated to composite materials and powered by green technology,” says Mr. Cobonpue.
Perhaps using tough organic materials such as bamboo on the Phoenix Roadster or the Bamboosero Bike may be more common in the future...

Wow! It's amazing man! I liked this Bamboo made car. Such a nice designing and it looks so attractive from its exterior look. Bamboo made car perhaps a very different concept and I think something I have seen very impressive after so long. Thanks for posting this blog. I loved it.
