HaHa! Anchor Gets Co-Anchor to ‘Lick’ an iPad… (video)

APRIL FOOLS DAY…!!
This has got to be one of the best April Fool’s pranks I’ve seen in a while… not only does it involve the Apple iPad, but it was also aired on live television. 
By not revealing too much (see video below), the well-played-out prank gets his co-anchor to lick the iPad.

WANT THIS….!! Microsoft’s Holoportation Promises Virtual 3D Teleportation (video demo)

This week Microsoft introduced an amazing direction for their innovative HoloLens. They call is Holoportation and it has countless user applications which includes full 3D Teleportation. I would have to admit, when fully refined, this could be a game changer in how we communicate moving forward.

Nike Unveils the ‘First Real’ Self-Lacing Shoe, The HyperAdapt (intro video)

2015 has come and gone, with many futuristic gadgets from the movie Back To The Future II that did not come to reality; one that stands out are Nike’s self-lacing shoes. Well, with a first edition limited release with a design based upon the movie’s shoe; the shoe company has finally announced their first ‘real’ self-lacing sports shoe called the HyperAdapt 1.0

First Photos of Mercury Taken from the Orbiting Messenger Spacecraft.

The Messenger spacecraft finally settled into orbit on the planet Mercury, officially becoming the first man-made object to orbit the closest planet to the Sun. Below is the first ever photo taken of the planet Mercury from the new orbiting satellite.

The Haptica  watch by David Chavez simply tells time with braille oppose to the current methods of feeling the hands of an analog watch or listening to an audible watch….
This multi-award-winning design is beautiful to look at and assists the sight impaired in simple activities that the majority take for granted…. such as telling the time.

Released back in 1981, the Osborne 1 by the Osborne Computer Corporation is considered to be the FIRST portable computer. It had the capability of plugging into an outlet or using the battery pack for power. It was also able to close up be carried around with a built-in handle… they thought of everything!

Mythbusters: Moon Landing Hoax (VIDEOS)

 
It’s been over 40 years and conspiracy theorists are still questioning if Americans were the first to land on the moon (or ever landed at all) and that all the photographic/video evidence from NASA were in-fact-real or merely set up in a soundstage on Earth the whole time… 
 
Well in case you missed it, the Mythbuster gang did some tests of their own to see if they could recreate questionable scenarios such as the ‘parallel shadows’, the ‘waving’ American flag, ‘jumping/running’ astronauts and much more… 
It’s amazing and entertaining to see their results of the famous 1969 lunar mission to see if it did indeed happen or if it was a total hoax.
