Evolution of the Olympics Logo (20pics)


It is now 2012 and athletes from over 200 nations around the globe are preparing for the summer Olympic Games in London
It is a great honor to host the games and London has had the honor before when they hosted the Olympics back in 1948. Not only has the times have changed, so has the Olympics logo and graphic identity... check out the logo evolution below! 
The emblem chosen to illustrate and represent the world Congress of 1914...: five intertwined rings in different colors - blue, yellow, black, green, and red - are placed on the white field of the paper. These five rings represent the five parts of the world which now are won over to Olympism and willing to accept healthy competition.
Although the Games have existed for hundreds of years, below how the Olympics Logo evolved through the ages as the games moved from one host country to the next since 1932...
