The HPI 1000 Impulse Gun to Aid Firefighters...

....No this is not a super-elaborate water gun. It is actually a design concept by Jan Thinius aimed at firefighters who in-turn will 'aim' it at fires...
The HPI 1000 Impulse Gun is meant to tackle small fires more efficiently and faster than traditional water cannons. The tank worn on the back can carry one liter of water and releases that water through a special membrane up to 400 km/h...!!
As it exits that membrane, and it’s shoved out of the gun at such a high velocity, the water released is able to penetrate deeper into fires. The idea is to douse them from the inside out, it seems, which should mean they are put out faster.
I like this concept.... Whenever I think of firefighters, I always see a team struggling with a cumbersome ladder and hose. The Impulse Gun however, makes the Firefighter more portable when battling those blazes!
