iPhone 4.0 update details...

Tonight we can rest our little heads knowing iPhone 4.0 is coming soon. Mr. Jobs came through to announce that the update brings over 100 new features to the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch.

Out of these many features, Steve highlighted seven of them during the Keynote: Multitasking, Folders, Mail, iBooks on iPhone, Enterprise features, Game Center and iAd. Of these seven, Multitouch really stood out as the biggest hit. iPhone's multitouch isn't anything new to smart phones, but Apple really came up with a new and smart way of navigating your apps on the device. Another feature that was discussed that I'm excited about is customizable home screens... This is a great way of really personalize your phone beyond the lock screen (about time). Also the feature Folders, with Folders you can take the many pages of apps that you have and categorize them into labeled organized folders.

Hit the link below for more details on the other features. Also go to Apple's website and watch the Keynote video!

4.0 will be available to the iPhone 3GS and iPod Touch this June. iPad owners will have to wait until fall of this year to get their hands on it....
