Chicago 2016 Olympic Kiosk design

:: Photo Provided by Abbot Laboratories ::

This project was completed for the Chicago 2016 Olympic Bid. As Lead designer of a Milwaukee design firm, I partnered with one of the corporate sponsors, Abbott Laboratories, to develop the concept and create a 3-D model for this Touch Screen Kiosk. The Kiosk houses a fully functional state of the art Microsoft multi-touch screen, and several peripheral devices. The Touch-Screen displays information in multiple languages to provide information about Chicago, including several virtual tours of the area and why it is a strong contender to host the 2016 Summer Games. It has stunning visuals and dynamic navigation and superb UI.
Not only did I work closely with Abbot on the conceptual phase for the kiosk, I also created shop drawings for fabrication.

Watch the YouTube video below to see it demonstrated.
